Financial Aid

Financial aid is available to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade only. It is our desire to provide Christian education to any family who desires to join us. We offer needs-based financial aid to families who qualify, up to a maximum of 60% of their CCA tuition obligation. We use an outside source Financial Aid for Student Tuition (FAST) to evaluate financial need. All families must make application to CCA prior to being able to apply for financial aid. Returning families must be current with their school account to be considered for financial aid. We will commit financial aid to current families before we will consider any aid for new families. Deadlines are: April 4 for current families; June 1 for new families; and July 29 for late enrollees, if funds are available. Don’t wait until the last minute since supporting documentation is required and deadlines are strictly enforced. The FAST application is online at this CCA website.

Tuition

All billing is handled by Smart Tuition .

You must notify the School Administrator in writing at least four (4) weeks prior to the student’s final day of attendance for early withdrawal (see Parent Handbook).

A variety of payment plans (August through May) and methods are available. Registration with Smart Tuition through CCA is required. The school office will provide registration materials and answer questions about this service. Tuition will be prorated for late enrollments.

Families with more than one child will receive a 5% discount for each additional child in K5-grade 8. Discounts do not apply to preschool students.
