C2 Church and CCA are thankful for the many volunteer hours given by parents and grandparents each school year. Your support is key to our success and helps strengthen our community ties, enhance student learning, and reduce costs.
Here’s a quick overview of our Family Service Agreement:
- 10 Service Hours: Each CCA family with students in Kindergarten through 8th grade is asked to complete 10 service hours per school year (August-May). This is a family requirement, not per student.
- Who Can Help: Extended family members, like grandparents, can help fulfill these hours. Kids can join in too, but their hours don’t count toward the family requirement.
- Flexible Opportunities: We offer various volunteering times, including evenings and weekends, to fit different schedules.
- Buy-Out Option: If you prefer not to volunteer, you can opt to pay $250 for the 10 hours ($25 per hour).
- Unfulfilled Hours: If the 10-hour requirement isn’t met by year’s end, there will be a $25 charge per missing hour.
There are plenty of ways to get involved:
- Volunteer: Help out with learning centers, field trips, parties, lunchroom, recess, and more.
- Join PTO: Participate in the Parent Teacher Organization for event coordination and fundraising.
- Financial Contributions: Consider donating beyond tuition to support CCA.
